Returns

All items are returnable except items expiring within 30 days of postage.

Please email us to return item, return postage charges will be paid by customer, and customer is responsible for return products.

Returned products must be unopened and in merchandisable state.

What can I return or exchange and when?

If you change your mind on an item, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please see returns policy here for further details and return conditions. The change of mind policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations.

Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed in the policy. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.

By buying pinkmart not only benefit from lifetime updates but constant upgrading. It means that if you need a feature, we will consider adding it as soon as possible, if you are not the only one that needs it (a few customers like you requested it) we will add this to our theme immediately.

Short dated items , dairy , sanitary and personal hygine items are non-refundable
